We are Thirdstone Properties, a Florida and Georgia licensed real estate and property management company that proudly focuses on providing exceptional customer service to both our clients and residents alike. We help both local and out-of-state investors acquire rental properties and strive to successfully manage the properties to generate maximum returns, while simultaneously providing and maintaining quality homes for the residents.

Finding Deals
As investors ourselves, we know what qualities to look for in rental properties. We create an investment profile for each client so that we can search for properties that will meet your specific criteria and investment goals. We also provide feedback on any MLS or wholesale property you find yourself, to make sure it’s the right investment for you. Tenant Placement
Placing a qualified tenant is a vital step in the process. We use a trusted screening company that gathers all of the available information of the applicants, including a background and credit check by TransUnion. Once we have the full application package, we verify directly with the employer and previous rental to ensure accuracy of the information the applicant provided. Prefer to self-manage? Leave the tenant placement up to us and we will hand over the property with a qualified tenant in place.

Property Management
Our goal is to keep your tenants happy and living in the home long term. We take pride in taking care of our tenants. When they feel valued and at home, they tend to stay longer, which means less tenant turnover and more consistent cash flow for you. As a client, you will have access to your very own owner portal where you can see detailed monthly statements, work orders, invoices we paid to vendors, and pictures of any work.
