Isaac R. Camargo Jr is co-founder and Chief Investment Officer of Thirdstone Properties. Currently, Isaac focuses on managing investments and renovation projects. Isaac and his wife, Elenis, began investing in Jacksonville in 2018 while living in New York City. As they continued to invest they found their passion for real estate and relocated to Jacksonville to start Thirdstone Properties to provide great value to other out-of-state investors.

Prior to Thirdstone Properties, Isaac worked in asset management at PIMCO and Morgan Stanley in New York City. Isaac is from Miami, FL where he began his career in digital marketing and website development. With hard work and some luck, he was presented with an opportunity to work for the music artist Pitbull to create his website and manage his social media accounts. In 2016, Isaac received his Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in mathematics from the University of Florida.
